Ariel continues to improve her body. Ariel is a fan of working out her back. She usually does bent-over rows, single arm lats pull-downs (on machines), pull-ups and seated rowing. It is common to warm up first, followed by the actual workout. Ariel gets the most out of the time she has. She does this by super making sure she is doing all the back exercises she does, doing 3 or 4 supersets of between 10-12 reps. The routine she follows is sort of exercise twice a week. One day would be lightweight day, and another days heavy weight.
